Terms of Service
Last updated March 5, 2026. These terms describe the rules that govern use of the Blade platform.
The service
Blade provides cloud-based booking and venue management software designed for axe throwing businesses, including booking, scoring, league tools, customer management, waivers, operations, and reporting.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features as the platform evolves.
Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, providing accurate account information, and ensuring that use of the service complies with applicable law.
You must be at least 18 years old to open or administer an account.
Plans, billing, and payment processing
Blade offers plan options with different limits, booking fees, and support levels. Paid plans are billed according to the terms presented during purchase.
Payment processing is handled through connected processors such as Stripe or Square. You are responsible for maintaining a valid connected payment account.
Acceptable use
You may not use Blade to violate law, interfere with platform operations, gain unauthorized access, distribute harmful code, or scrape or harvest data from the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create security or operational risk.
Data and intellectual property
You retain ownership of your content and business data. Blade retains ownership of the software, service, branding, and platform materials.
You grant Blade the limited rights necessary to host, process, and display your content in order to provide the service.
Liability and termination
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blade is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Either party may terminate the relationship. Access to the service ends on termination, and data export or retention may be subject to the policies then in effect.
